Stationery, Toys & Soft Toys, Tissues & Garbage Bags, Newborn Baby Products and Gadgets.

3. Order Process and Payment Terms

By placing an order with Emozee, you agree to the following:

Orders must be placed via WhatsApp following the order process outlined on our platform.
A advance payment is required for all orders, with the remaining amount payable upon delivery (cash or online transfer).
We support UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and COD.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Emozee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

5. Returns, Exchanges, Cancellation and Refund

Emozee does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
If a defective or incorrect product is received, customers must contact us within 1 day with order details and photos for resolution. We will arrange a replacement or refund with in 48 Hours.
Items must be returned in their original condition with packaging.
Certain items such as personal hygiene products (e.g., tissues, garbage bags) may not be eligible for return once opened.
